Founding
The Research and Consulting Institute is founded within the University of Tabuk.

Professional diplomas
Associate and intermediate diploma programs are launched.
2024Academic programs -
Skills and Training Forum
The institute takes part in the Skills and Training Forum in the Hail region.
2025December -
Riyadh office
The institute opens its Riyadh office and receives HRH Prince Khalid bin Saud, Deputy Governor of the Tabuk Region.

Strategic partnerships
An MoU is signed with Takamul Holding, and the institute joins the Endowments Education Forum.

The Institute Council is the highest body overseeing the institute's work, responsible for directing its policies, approving its plans and ensuring efficient financial, administrative and organizational performance, under higher-education regulations and university bylaws.
